Welcome to M.A.E.V association

(Main dans la Main pour l’Avenir des Enfants Vulnérables)

Who We Are

Our association was born from a simple conviction: every child deserves a start in life marked by dignity, protection, and the same opportunities as everyone else. We created this initiative to support orphans from birth and those beginning their schooling, ensuring that none of them are left alone to face the crucial early stages of their development. Our ambition is to build a nurturing environment where every child can grow, learn, and dream, surrounded by a supportive network ready to help them build a bright future.

Our Mission
To provide support to impoverished and vulnerable orphaned children in Burundi through community, educational and social initiatives.

Vision

A united Burundi where every child lives with dignity thanks to the opportunity for support between local communities and the diaspora.

Events:

“Every quarter, we organize an event to support vulnerable children, orphans, and people in need. We provide them with nutritious meals and a moment of connection.

Your participation, whether through a donation, your time, or food contributions, can transform a day and give hope.

Join us and help spread hope, one meal at a time.”

“Having benefited from sponsorship at a pivotal stage in my life, I remain deeply aware of the value of structured and responsible support. Today, I wish to use this experience to serve Main dans la main pour l’avenir des enfants vulgares (Hand in Hand for the Future of Vulnerable Children), by directly contributing to the work carried out for orphans. Obtaining sponsorship would strengthen my ability to participate rigorously and sustainably in the organization’s mission, respecting its principles and commitments.”

More

Saving Lives, Together

Every year, newborns lose their mothers or are abandoned by young women in distress, sometimes in the forest or in a toilet. Deprived of care, protection, and love, they need immediate support to survive and grow.

Our organization works to save these newborns, providing them with care, protection, and a dignified living environment. With the support of our donors and partners, we can ensure their care and give them a real chance at a future.
